The Best Method For Hair Growth

Choose your oil. There is not one agreed upon oil for the inversion method. Try olive oil, castor oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, or Moroccan argon oil, if you want to use natural ingredients.
Choose an oil with an aroma that you find soothing. Since the inversion method incorporates massage, pick a scented oil that you find relaxing.
Warm up oil. Warm up around 3–4 tablespoon (44–59 ml) oil. Take a cup of hot water and place your oil bottle in it. You can get this water from the sink. Let the oil sit for a minute or so until it is warm to the touch. Your goal is to increase blood flow to your scalp. Warmer oil will increase the blood retention in your scalp cells. Do not overheat the oil. You don’t want to burn your scalp.
Apply oil to your scalp. If you’ve experienced hair loss, make sure that you cover your problem areas first, then proceed to cover the remainder of your scalp. Make sure that you cover your entire scalp with a thin layer of oil. It doesn't take a lot of oil to achieve full coverage.
Comb the oil through the rest of your hair. If your hair tends to split or break, try to spread oil to all of your hair. Hair splits or breaks when it is short on moisture and nutrients. Natural oils will help replenish both.
If you have curly hair, be gentle or avoid this step altogether. You don’t want to pull out more hair in the process.
Massage gently. With the tips of your fingers, knead your scalp. Move your fingers in little circles - clockwise and then counterclockwise. Don't be afraid to use your palms in addition to your fingers.Your palms can apply pressure to a greater area at one time.
Focus on your problem areas, but don’t forget about the rest of your scalp. Do not massage too hard or you might unintentionally rip out hair or damage hair follicles. Massage for 4 minutes and then stop
Tip your head upside down. You can do this over a sink or bathtub. Alternatively, you could choose to sit upside down in a chair with your legs over the back of the chair. No matter how you choose to do it, let your hair hang loosely and hold your head at a comfortable angle. Your goal is to find a comfortable position and to relax.
Hold this position for 4 minutes. This step allows the oils to seep further into your scalp and to bring blood to your scalp. Take deep breaths. Clear your mind. Relax. This step resembles meditation
Sit back up. You don't want to remain upside down too long. It can cause an unhealthy spike in blood pressure.
Do not try the inversion method if you have low or high blood pressure, a detached retina, an ear infection, a spinal injury, heart problems, a hernia, or are pregnant. The inversion position itself could exacerbate your condition or cause further injury
Consider leaving the oil on for a longer period of time. If you have an incredibly dry scalp, this might be a good decision. Some suggest leaving it in your hair for a couple of hours or even overnight.
Take a plastic bag and cover your hair so you don't get any oil on your clothes, furniture, or bed. You can use a normal grocery bad or purchase a plastic wrap meant for hair treatments. You can purchase these from any beauty shop.
If you decide to leave the oil in your hair for longer period of time, know that it could make your scalp and hair too oily. This could cause your follicles to clog up rather than grow new hair
Wash your hair. Be sure to completely rinse out all the leftover oil. If you miss a spot, it will be far "greasier" than the other parts of your head. Make sure that you don’t use a harsh shampoo. Harsher shampoos (with a pH higher than 7) will strip your hair’s natural oils.Shampoos like L'Oreal EverCreme Intense Nourishing or Heads and Shoulders work well. Generally, any shampoo geared towards dry scalps have lower pH balances.
Repeat every 3-4 weeks. Depending on your personal condition, you might find it helpful to perform this treatment every 3 weeks. Repeated use at a higher frequency could make your hair too oily and may even clog your hair follicles, further reducing your hair growth potential.
Results will vary based on the person. Some may see results after the first use while others with more chronic follicle problems may not see results for several months.

1. Vinegar
Vinegar has acidic properties that help inhibit the growth of certain types of fungis and bacteria diseases. To treat nail fungus with vinegar mix a cup of vinegar in two cups of warm water. Soak the infected nail in this liquid combination for 15-20 minutes. After soaking the feet in vinegar wash it well with plain water and pat it dry or use hair dryer to dry your nail completely. The vinegar treatment should be done daily at least thrice a day, for up to 4 weeks. You will soon see a difference in the color of your nail. Vinegar will not only prevent the fungus from growing but will also remove the existing fungus from the skin.
2. Vicks Vaporub
There are no studies to prove the effectiveness of VapoRub in curing nail fungus. However, there are many user testimonials to show that VapoRub is indeed effective in removing fungus from the nail. Simply rub sufficient amount of VapoRub on the infected nail twice a day. This treatment is best done at night when nothing can remove the VapoRub from the nail. In the morning wash off the VapoRub using warm water.
3. Oregano Oil
Oregano essential oil has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that make it very effective in treating nail fungus. However, no essential oil should be rubbed directly on the skin as it has very strong acidic properties that can irritate and harm the skin.
For this reason, essential oils are always mixed with carrier oils before application. Mix four drops of oregano essential oil with three drops of olive oil or almond oil. Rub this mixture of oils over the infected area. Do this treatment at least 4-5 times in a day regularly for three weeks. The new nail that grows back will be healthy, clear and shiny.
4. Bleach
Bleach has chemicals that are known to act upon the fungal growth in the nail. These chemicals dissolve the fungi and prevent them from growing further. In fact people who are prone to fungal infections in the nails often do the bleach treatment to avoid recurrence of the infection. Prepare a foot soak by mixing two capfuls of liquid bleach with half a bucket of water. Soak the infected nail in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. Do this treatment twice a day for 4-5 weeks.
However, rinse the area well using a mild soap and warm water after soaking it in bleach mixture. Pat your skin dry. You may find your other nails turning white with this treatment. However, this is only temporary. The nails will return to their normal and healthy color once you stop the treatment. The positive part of this treatment is that your nail will be fungus free forever. But remember to do this treatment regularly for the required time or the fungus may grow back.
5. Tea Tree Essential Oil
Like oregano essential oil, tea tree essential oil too has anti-fungal properties which make the oil very effective in treatment of various infections. In fact, many medications for treatment of nail fungus contain tea tree extracts. Tea tree essential oil is also used in the treatment of other infections like athlete’s foot, bacterial vaginosis, impetigo etc.
Since tea tree is an essential oil it needs to be mixed with any carrier oil for application. Combine 2ml of tea tree oil with 3ml of olive oil and rub this mixture daily on the nail and the surrounding skin for 3 weeks. You can soak the nail in a bath prepared using tea tree essential oil and water. Simply dip the nail in a mixture of 5 drops tea tree oil and 500ml of warm water. Soak the nail for 10-15 minutes twice a day in this mixture.
6. Listerine Mouthwash
This is another favorite home remedy of many people for treating nail fungus. Listerine mouthwash has anti-fungal and anti-bacteria ingredients that make the mouthwash ideal for curing nail fungus. The mouthwash can be used undiluted for removing the fungus. Pour some mouthwash in a small utensil and soak your nail in this for 10-15 minutes.
Wash off with plain lukewarm water. Alternatively, you can also apply Listerine mouthwash directly on the skin using Q-tip. The treatment should be done 3-4 times in a day for several weeks. You will see improvement in your condition when the nail loses its discoloration. Some people also like to mix vinegar or ascetic acid in the mouthwash for faster results. But do not try this if you have extremely sensitive skin.
7. Green Tea Extract
Green tea extract is quite common home remedy for treating nail fungus. However, this treatment can take up to several months before your nail begins to heal. Green tea has anti-fungal properties that make it ideal for curing infections. Prepare a soak by combining green tea extract with water. You can even add a few drops of tea tree essential oil to increase the potential of the soak. Dip the infected nail in the soak for 15-20 minutes and then rinse the area with lukewarm water. Since ancient times garlic is being used for treating various fungal, bacterial and viral infections. It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. This gives the garlic the potential to cure nail fungus as well.
Crush two-three pods of garlic after peeling them. Apply the crushed garlic over the infected nail as well as the surrounding skin. Tie medical gauze over garlic and leave the garlic for up to 2 hours. Do this treatment twice a day for three weeks.

ALOE VERA BENEFITS IN SKIN PROBLEMS

1. A Skin Healing Mask
Aloe vera is wonderful for not only healing acne scars but also for moisturizing the skin and keeping it youthful. It’s easy to make a healing facemask with nothing more than the gel of 1-2 aloe vera leaf halves. Mix this with some essential oil if you like for a nice scent (mint, thieves, and lavender are nice) or simply use it plain. Apply for 30 minutes and let it sit. It’s mild in scent on its own and has a particularly wonderful cooling feel.

Aloe vera’s moisturizing and healing benefits transcend into the skin to reduce inflammation and aid in repair of the skin fairly quickly. To use it on a burn, apply just enough to coat the burn and cover with a bandage so it can do its job. Leave overnight and it should be better in the morning. The pain goes away almost immediately upon application, however.
4. Cuts and Wounds
The gel of the aloe vera plant contains polysacharride fibers, which is essentially why it’s used as a digestive aid (but that also makes it problematic for some people). These fibers also help to seal wounds and it’s natural cooling properties help soothe pain from cuts and wounds. Apply aloe to minor skin cuts and wounds after you’ve cleansed the area with a warm cloth and some peroxide (yes, that part stings). Then seal it up with a bandage and let it sit to heal overnight or for a day.
5. Itching or Skin Irritation
Psoriasis and skin irritation can both be a pain to deal with (literally) and can also be hard to manage. Many prescription creams and over the counter creams don’t work, and those that do often contain excess chemicals that are not best for our skins to absorb (parabens are common ingredient in these creams). Aloe is one of the best to relieve itching and irritation because it contains glycoproteins which help reduce inflammation upon contact.
